Full-Suspension Fat Tire Ebikes

Fat tire bikes with suspension at both ends. In this range that means one model built that way from the ground up — the carbon fiber E18-A — plus the frame-suspension value models behind it.

Full suspension on a fat tire bike is not about comfort alone. A 4.8-inch tire already absorbs small bumps, but on corrugated gravel, frozen ruts and rocky descents the unsprung mass of a fat wheel overwhelms the tire, and a rear shock keeps the wheel tracking the ground under power. Only one model in this catalogue is a true front-and-rear suspension design; two further models add a sprung frame section behind a suspension fork. This page separates them honestly so you can brief your buyers correctly.

The Full-Suspension Model: E18-A

The E18-A is built around a carbon fiber frame with DNM suspension at both ends — a USD-8FAT hydraulic-lock fork and a DNM rear shock, with 130mm of air-fork travel cited in the model's description. The drive is a Bafang G510 M620 mid-drive (48V 1000W, manufacturer-cited peak torque 200 N.m) fed by an LG 48V 15Ah battery, for a published 40–65 km pedal-assist range. Braking is Magura MT4E hydraulic with 203mm four-piston rotors, the drivetrain is SRAM NX 11-speed on a KMC X11 chain, and an EXA dropper seatpost is fitted. Tires are CST 26×4.8.

Frame-Suspension Alternatives

Two 20-inch fat models add a spring frame section behind the saddle: the B1 (KZ-8 spring) and the B4 (KZ-880A spring), both with suspension forks up front. They are rigid at the rear wheel rather than true full suspension, but they take the edge off broken pavement for utility and rental riders at a much lower price point than the E18-A, and both fold or carry racks for working use. See them in the full fat tire range and the folding fat tire group.

What to Check Before You Order

Full-suspension fat bikes concentrate cost in the frame and shock hardware, so confirm three things in your inquiry: the rear shock specification on the current E18-A build, the service parts position for the DNM units in your market, and the carton dimensions, since a full-suspension carbon frame does not fold for freight. Bikes ship 85% assembled in brown cartons as standard.

Questions Buyers Ask

Can I order samples first?

Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.

Are bikes tested before shipment?

Yes — every complete bike goes through a 100% inspection covering the electrical and mechanical systems before it is packed and shipped.

How long does production take?

The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.

What certificates do the products carry?

Certificates available upon request. Send your target market in the inquiry and we will confirm which documentation can be provided for the models you are sourcing.
