48V Ebike Batteries: The Production Pack Range
The 48V packs this factory builds into its bikes, from 10Ah city packs to the 20Ah E23 unit — capacities, cell sources and formats as published per model.
A 48V battery is the energy standard of this catalogue's performance half: nearly every fat tire model (the 60V B6 is the exception), most mountain bikes, the 48V commuter line and the cargo builds run on it. The pack range below is not a generic battery catalogue — it is the set of packs actually fitted to production models, with the cell source each model's data publishes. That matters because cell source (LG, Samsung or domestic) is a price and positioning decision your buyers will ask about.
48V Packs in Production
| Pack | Energy | Cells | Fitted To |
|---|---|---|---|
| 48V 10Ah | 480Wh nominal | Not published | B20, B23 fat bikes |
| 48V 10.4Ah | ~499Wh nominal | Not published | C9 commuter |
| 48V 12.5Ah | ~600Wh nominal | Domestic cells | S5 beach cruiser |
| 48V 12.5Ah | ~600Wh nominal | Not published | B8, B12 fat bikes; M4 trail bike |
| 48V 12.8Ah | ~614Wh | Samsung cells | C8M mid-drive commuter |
| 48V 13Ah | ~624Wh | LG cells | B8-U, B8 M frame batteries |
| 48V 14.5Ah | ~696Wh | Samsung cells | B3-A folding fat bike |
| 48V 15Ah | 720Wh nominal | LG cells | The mid-drive standard: E18-A, M10/M11, B24 |
| 48V 15Ah | 720Wh (manufacturer-stated) | Not published | C18 longtail cargo |
| 48V 17.5Ah | ~840Wh | Samsung cells | B17 cargo build — largest fat-bike pack |
| 48V 20Ah | ~960Wh | Samsung cells | E23 — longest published range, 80–100 km |
Energy figures are nominal (voltage × capacity) except where the manufacturer states watt-hours directly, as on the C18 (720Wh). Several packs in this range publish a cycle life above 900 cycles in their model data.
Formats and Fitment
Formats follow the bike families: frame (down-tube) packs dominate the 48V range; the C18 carries its manufacturer-stated 720Wh pack on the longtail; rack batteries are mostly a 36V city pattern in this catalogue, with one 48V exception: the S3 beach cruiser's rear-rack pack. When ordering packs as parts or kit bundles, specify by production model (“the B17 pack”) so capacity, format, connector and controller pairing all match a known build. Charging time for the range is typically 3–6 hours per the model data; chargers are matched to pack voltage at configuration — confirm the charger specification for your market (plug and voltage) in the inquiry.

Questions Buyers Ask
Can I order samples first?
Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.
Can I upgrade a model's battery capacity?
Do not assume it. Submit the model and the target capacity, and before ordering, confirm in writing the mounting space, fixing method, electrical compatibility and availability for that frame.
How long does production take?
The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.
What certificates do the products carry?
Certificates available upon request. Send your target market in the inquiry and we will confirm which documentation can be provided for the models you are sourcing.
