Custom Electric Bikes: From Color to Ground-Up Builds

Customization at three depths — finish and branding on production models, component-level re-specification, and ground-up production from your sample or drawing.

“Custom” means different things to different buyers, so this page separates the levels and what each one commits you to. Most programs in this factory's range sit at level one or two; level three is a development project and is quoted as one.

Level 1 — Finish and Branding

Most models in the catalogue list custom colors in their published data, and private-label branding (frame decals, carton branding under the authorization condition described on the OEM page) applies across the range. This level keeps the production specification untouched, so samples are fast and the 30–60 day post-deposit lead time applies.

Level 2 — Component Re-Specification

The catalogue is unusually modular: the same family often spans several motors (a 250W, 500W and 750W version of one fat platform), battery capacities and cell sources (LG, Samsung, domestic), brake classes and drivetrains. Re-specifying a production model — a larger LG-cell pack, hydraulic instead of mechanical brakes, a different gear range — is confirmed per model against its build sheet. The parts pages show the component universe to draw from.

Level 3 — Ground-Up Custom

For a design that does not exist in the catalogue, the factory offers production from a sample or drawing, including modeling and mold-making. Expect a development conversation about frame geometry, motor interface (integrated mid-drive shells versus standard bottom brackets), battery format and target certification for your market before any production quotation is meaningful. Bring the drawing or the physical sample to the inquiry.

What we will not do: quote a custom build against a competitor's branded product, or publish a specification for a configuration that has not been built. Custom quotations describe exactly the build being offered, and sample approval precedes volume production.

Questions Buyers Ask

Can I order samples first?

Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.

How long does production take?

The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.

How are custom colors handled?

Name the color program (standard color references or physical samples) in your inquiry. Models that list custom colors in their data are the fastest route; other models are confirmed per order.

What certificates do the products carry?

Certificates available upon request. Send your target market in the inquiry and we will confirm which documentation can be provided for the models you are sourcing.

Request a Quotation

Tell us the models or product family you are sourcing, your target market and the quantities you are planning. We reply with the configuration options, pricing and terms for your order.
