Wholesale supply of own-brand bikes is one of the factory's four stated business lines, alongside OEM production, parts and after-sales support. The wholesale proposition is simple: the full production catalogue — fat tire, mountain, commuter, folding, road, beach, carbon and cargo models — available to distributors, retail chains and e-commerce sellers under the Freepath brand or as unbranded stock where agreed.
How Wholesale Orders Work
Start with samples. Under the published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling — confirm availability for your models when you inquire. The sample fee and courier are paid by the buyer, and samples are prepaid in full. Mix models freely. A wholesale order normally spans several models to build a range; the quotation sets out pricing and the production schedule (30–60 days after deposit, by category and quantity) for the mix. Standard terms. T/T, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP. Tested before packing. Every complete bike passes a 100% electrical and mechanical inspection before it is cartoned 85% assembled.
Building a Balanced Range
Distributors usually anchor on one volume family and extend: a fat tire anchor (the 500W hub models) with a folding line for urban stores; or a commuter anchor (the 250W city line) with carbon halo models (EC2, E23) at the top. Can I order samples first?
Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance paid before shipment. Samples are paid in full before production. Trade terms offered include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP.
How long does production take?
The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.
Is there a published wholesale price list?
No public price list — pricing is quoted per model, configuration and quantity. Send your model shortlist and planned quantities and the quotation will price the program.
What certificates do the products carry?
